mouse lag

I had the same thing today. I "shut Down" my computer. Not restart. Then I powered it back on.
That helped.

Ty for comment. Rebooting system doesnt helps for me, i got this issue during few month

I go by guess here, since the log doesn't say at this time, but are you using x264?
If so, that would be why. Try with NVENC instead, as the processing requirement for NVENC is a lot lower than x264.
