Mouse feels heavy as soon as i start the stream?

Hello!

I was trying out OBS because i wanted to stream Black Ops 7. I watched a few videos how to set up everything. But as soon as i start the stream, i get the feeling that my mouse i "heavy". Not really laggy, but everything is slow and it feels like there is something like an Input Lag.

Here is the Log File: https://obsproject.com/logs/Mth5J0CxTEcWnPJ8

Does somebody know how to fix this?

Thank you!

Greetings :)

The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions as a troubleshooting step. Be sure to restart after disabling it.

Already did that, and it made it actually worse! I tried everything i could find on youtube or the Internet. Changed every Setting and tried everything out.

The only way to get i a bit better is to turn down the graphic settings to everything very low in for example the new Call Of Duty Black Ops 7 that i try to stream.

If i stream for exmp. Leauge Of Legends i dont notice anything wrong.

Is it really possible that my Rig is to bad? I´ve got a i7 14700F with a 4070 Super and 32gb of DDR5-6000 mhz RAM. Also a 1 Gigabyt Internet Connection.

So apperantly my Rig is to bad to stream on 1080p, switched to 720p today without any problems... Maybe upgrading from a RTX 4070 Super to a RTX 4080 Super or 5070 Ti to get better performance and and Full HD 1080p Stream :/

Almost all security suits are too intrusive causing issues like yours. Uninstall it and see if this helps.
The Intel 13 and 14 CPU families are affected by an issue that may cause problems too.
Other than that, your computer should be able to record/stream at 1440p and 60fps without problems.
The game is another thing. It use to have its own problems even with latest overpowered hardware. Try with a different game and see how it works.

Your log is incomplete but I suspect you have Rendering Lag/GPU overload.

Run only (1) monitor @ high refresh rates. The other should be set @ 60HZ. This will save resources. Personally, I would drop that main monitor to 120HZ for testing. If things look better, then go to 240HZ, do not use 280.

Next, turn off HDR & then run another test.

Black Ops 7 1440p Medium Setting, looks like your system will max out @ roughly 190FPS with a low around 140FPS. 120HZ would be the refresh rate to use.

You have a decent pairing now, no need to upgrade the GPU. There does appear to be a slight CPU bottleneck @1080p but no bottleneck @ the higher resolutions. Getting a more powerful GPU would be a waste of $$$.
