Mouse doesn't work when OBS is running

My logitech lift mouse freezes when OBS is open. I have to connect another mouse to operate the PC. It was workaroundable by changing dongle's USB port but this time I have no luck, what shall I do?

This can be closed though, happens not only in OBS, maybe too many devices on USB bus or some other sort of conflict, it is fixed when I disconnect wacom tablet. When tablet is connected though, mouse stops working when camera is on, no matter which usb port is in use
