Bug Report Mouse Distorted in Display Capture

Hello. This is my first post on this forum so my apologies if I need to include certain information. I am having a problem with OBS 0.13.2 when using display capture, my mouse cursor is distorted (see attachment). My mouse cursor looks fine, however the cursor on the OBS preview, and the actual stream has the distorted cursor.

I am running Windows 10 and would be happy to provide any further information.

when posting logs, please:

1. make a record
2. stop it, don't close OBS Studio
3. upload current log-file
4. close OBS Studio.
