Mouse disappearing on main screen when OBS is just running

So here's the problem: whenever OBS is running, my mouse disappears in any fullscreen application, I am using a capture card, but even if the capture card is disabled, the mouse still wont show if OBS is running, the mouse shows again when I quit OBS
