Mouse cursor not showing when using Windows 10 (1903 and up) capture method

I'm using a window capture to capture my Chromium application but when using Windows 10 (1903 and up) capture method my mouse cursor hides when selected in a fullscreen application. I've tried using BitBlt on my window capture but the capture just turns into a black screen. I've tried for hours to fix this with no success. Does anyone have a solution?

Im bumping this because im having the exact same issue. Its EXTREMELLY annoying.
