Mouse cursor in OBS Studio (Jammy Jellyfish version) ...

Hi to everyone. Maybe someone can help me. I use Zorin OS 17. It's based on Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (22.04). When I install the .DEB file for OBS Studio on Zorin OS, the mouse cursor goes from the default OS cursor style (Adwaita) to another one (Breeze) whenever I move the mouse between the desktop and the OBS Studio window. This is rather annoying. It doesn't happen on other OSes based on Ubuntu 24.04. Just Jammy Jellyfish. Again, it's annoying. Is there any way to fix this? Also, this may get a laugh or whatever out of some folks here, but ... is there any chance a more updated .DEB version of OBS Studio can get backported to Jammy Jellyfish so to eliminate this? (If you laughed, great; happy you had a laugh.) Worth a shot to ask. Thanks. (Note: I am using the Flatpak version, but would prefer the .DEB version.)

EDIT: I found this, too: CLICK HERE. Unfortunate there was no reply to this person ...

*bump*

Gonna bump this just once. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

Or one of the developers will miraculously respond. Doubt it, though ...

Anyway, if no one responds, I guess I'll let this thread die. Thanks in any case.

Update/solution:

Learned that you can edit environmental variables in Linux to use the Xwayland protocol. Did not know about Xwayland. In any case, I went into the .desktop file for OBS Studio and made this change: "env QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb obs" (in the "exec" line). That resolved the issue of inconsistent mouse cursors between OBS Studio and the desktop environment in Zorin. I hope this solution is helpful to someone else, at least, and whoever else needs to know it. Wish folks responded here, too, but it is what it is. Thank you to all.
