Mostly? Black screen when using game capture

I've been trying to record some footage but recently OBS has decided that whenever I use game capture or window capture it only records one small corner of the screen, the rest of the screen will sometimes appear but only to freeze constantly on one frame. I've made sure OBS is using my GPU and I'm running it as administrator
