More FPS with Raspberry 4 (OBS/Twitch-Stream)

Hello,

I have an raspberry pi 4 with Buster and installed OBS. I use the HQ Camera Modul and I overclocked the system to 2,1GHZ.
Now, I want more fps for a stream on twitch with OBS. Maybe 30fps @720p. Is it possible?

Can somebody help me?
