When I use Monitor Capture, the top part of the screen is black and it crops the screen as a result. I can see my mouse when i hover over that section though. The black box is as tall as the chrome tab bar and url bar combined. https://gist.github.com/f8eac1878c7918a0b8a104a77c02095d
