Monterey and OBS 27.1.0 64bit - Very slow

OBS was fine before my update to Monterey, it is now often spinning the wheel of death when recording software. It is not unusable but it does appear to kick in every minute or so with the wheel ... hopefully there will be a fix for this ???

I have a similar problem as in Monterey on a MAC M1 Pro Max chip with 64 GB of memory the OBS loads really slowly ... It works after it takes a long time to load.
