What is the difference in using the mono in the settings tab and changing it from stereo to mono vs. the advanced audio properties mono checkbox?
I'm only recording a single mic for talking head videos.
Is it just two different ways to do the exact same thing or is there a preference here? Just about everyone says to check the box, but I'm just wondering which is the absolute best quality recording.
