I am using OBS for camera recording only (no gaming) and the Video Out res is set at 1280 X 720p at 60fps. The computer dose not have a Nvidia card install it has the Intel i7-8700 processor installed. The problem is, the recording is very choppy and the resolution is terrible. I double checked the USB ports of my Magwell HDMI + capture card and at the computer and both tested good. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks.
