Question / Help Monitoring Audio While Recording

Yo,

I've tried searching around in the settings, but I could not find anything. I use OBS studio to connect with Facebook Live and I would like to be able to monitor the audio, in order to avoid auditory catastrophe.

I beseech thee for thy wisdom, O, OBS forum community.
