Monitoring and Output (differences)

On OBS, in the advanced audio properties, there is monitoring and output.

Monitoring, I can see what I have since you can define the Audio Monitoring device in the settings.

Regarding the audio output, I don't know what it is.

How to use and configure audio output on Windows 10?

Yes, you can. That is monitoring.
