Monitor volume too low to hear.

I'm using a Roland VR-1HD switcher connected to our analogue audio mixer. I'm using OBS to stream to YouTube. The audio of the stream is good but I can't hear anything in the computer speakers. I've turned on monitoring in the audio controls. The VR-1HD source is all the way up in OBS. The sound level is 100% in Windows and input is 100% in Windows. Normal sounds (mp3 audio) from the PC are loud. I try to keep the sound in the yellow using the VR-1HD controls.

I can't find any controls to increase the monitor volume in OBS.

Up this. I have the same problem. All applications sound fine, but when I need to monitor OBS audio, I need to bring the volume way up, way up there, to be able to listen to it. Then, I need to bring it back down if I need to listen to something else.
