Bug Report Monitor Capture better than Game Capture

Hi!

Some time ago I had trouble with recording games with OBS Studio because the stuttering and freezing were too aggressive and I give up. Tried with OBS Studio running with Nvidia and then with Intel and also tried both ways to record with x264 and QuickSync and didn't work.

Before yesterday, I goofed around it and mistakenly start recording while on Monitor Capture and launched a game. It was my surprise when I saw the recording and it was flawless, no stutter or lag. Tried with more than one game and the quality is superb with zero impact performance.

I don't know if this is intended or not but sure I want to stay like this forever. Note that I have a laptop with dual gpu's (dedicated and onboard).

Even made a video about the differences

Where's your OBS session logs?
And did you actually follow the sticky thread about laptop performance issues?

I know that thread way too much and has nothing to do with what I'm experiencing.
OBS Studio running on Intel HD 4000 - Monitor Capture - Game running with dedicated GPU (Nvidia) - Nice local recording.

From our factoid bot:
Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use "Capture any fullscreen application" mode.
