Question / Help Monitor Black Screens When OBS Launches

I stream with the HD60 Pro. The monitor works fine when I do not have OBS or GameCapture HD open. As soon as I open either the screen goes black and will not come back unless I close all extensions. My HDR is off and the HDCP is checked. Any ideas?
