I know how fix video lag by adjusting the sync offset in Advanced Audio Properties. And I know to figure out the delay amount, but only after the fact. But if there are sync issues, discovering them after-the-fact is a little too late. Does anyone know how to detect sync issues while monitoring a livestream? Extra credit for a way to measure the necessary adjustment on-the-fly.
