Modern Warfare lagging in Stream but not for me

Hi,
when I stream CoD:Modern Warfare it is buttery smooth for me when I play but in the stream for all viewers it appears to be laggy/rubberbanding and if i was watching that it would really bother me...
ignore the last part of the log( From "19:58:34.472: ==== Streaming Start" onwards). I forgot to turn off OBS in order to have a perfectly short log just showing whats my problem. If you need any further information in order to help me feel free to ask!

I´ll definitly give this a shot.
Also just yesterday talked to a freind who also streams and he also told me the thing about the limited Bitrate and streaming on 720p.
Changed that and will change the ingame FPS to 120 in Modern Warfare soon when I play it again.
