Bug Report Mixer cannot work properly (with picture)

Hello guys, Alan here,
I am using MacBook Pro 2018 with 10.13.16 OS, and I have a problem of using OBS on this macbook.
My problem is my mixer never works (see the attached file, my mixer shows nothing on its screen).
For this reason, my Mic and computer sound cannot be recorded....
Could someone please help me to solve this annoying issue?

P.S. I have tried so many times of re-installing and have tried different version of OBS studio, 22.0.3, 21.0.3 etc.
I even tried to reset my NVRAM and SMC on my macbook, and it still not worked.
