Missing x265 encoder after Windows 7 reinstall

Hello!

Recently I reinstalled my Windows 7 and then installed the newest version of OBS Studio. While adjusting my settings I found out that there is no x265 encoder in output section. But before system reinstalling I had it there (attached picture). Do you know what may have caused it?

OBS DIDNT SUPPORT WINDOWS / anymore UPDATE TO 10 problem no new drivers for win7 and its an security issue to use it !

I had the same drivers and same windows before and there was x265 encoder. So its not Windows 7 related. I want to fix it the way it is without changing my Windows to 10, 11 or whatever

OBS did never support x265.

I had it on that drop-down in the picture before reinstalling system. Do I lack some codec or something?

maybe through a plugin but OBS itself is compiled without x265.

I did not had any plugins, just a simple instalation and before Windows reinstalling I had encoder x265
