Missing Twitch Ingest Servers

Just updates to V20 and I noticed my typical ingest server was missing.
I went ahead and compared it to the active Twitch ingest servers and US East: Chicago and US West: Portland, Oregon are missing from that list.

Is this list still manually populated or is the Twitch API just derpping (since this update queries the API for best routing).

Actually... it is being grabbed dynamically from Twitch. Twitch keeps screwing up by not putting those in the web API call results.

So please contact Twitch and tell them to stop screwing up.
