Missing the EZCap driver - where to find

This is not a problem with OBS but I'm hoping someone might know the answer.
I used OBS on one of my laptops to capture some VCR video, but the result had a green bar at the bottom of the recording (see the screenshot). I'm assuming it was because I was using an under-powered laptop (4G RAM, and always high memory use). When setting up the Source, I selected ezcap for the device.

I am trying to switch to my newer, faster laptop (Windows 11, 8G RAM) but when I try to set up the source device, I don't have the ezcap driver. I tried to find it on my old laptop, but couldn't find it (I searched ezcap, arcsoft, total media, etc.) I downloaded the driver from the ezcap website <https://www.ezcap.com/index.php/support/download.html>, installed it, but it still isn't showing up in the Source > Device drop down.

I found this thread from about a year ago, but the links to the driver download do not work: <https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/using-obs-with-mygica-hd-cap-x-ii.145690/#post-533259>

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or point me to a driver?

bit late but heres the exact drivers
i have problem with this model too

I bought a capture device last year, model ezcap269, and with difficulty I managed to use this device through a laptop and connecting to the system, but this year, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't find the right driver and it didn't recognize the driver correctly. I managed to write the firmware on the device and after write the firmware, the usb driver never loads in my system. Please guide me, what can I do?
