Question / Help "Missing Runtime Components"

Everytime i try to install obs it says missing runtime components and i installed the stuff you guys gave me in the link and it still pops up i need help ASAP

Hello... Not wanting to hijack a thread, but I have the same problem. As far as I can see, Windows is up to date. What can I do next?
