Missing Runtime components during setup

I don't want to update anything on my windows 8.1 OS, which one should I choose?

If you don't want to update anything, then you cannot use OBS.

I mean, I don't want to update Windows OS, but I am willing to update one of those 2 choices above if it doesn't force me to update all of Windows OS. Just one thing is fine.
