Question / Help Missing Runtime Component Problem

I have followed the "Yes" option, downloaded both packages. Installed them both more than once. Am I missing something here?

EDIT: I should note that every solution I found to the problem was only telling people to install both. I already did that, and double checked it.

If you actually have both the versions of Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, do you mind checking for these files:
C:\Windows\System32\msvcr120.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msvcr120.dll


Do you have them?

the syswow64 file is msvcr120_clr0400.dll
That file is related to .NET Framework. It's not the same unfortunately.

Try repairing the installation of the x86 version of Visual C++ 2013. Select it in your Programs and Features list and select Change and choose Repair.

New Member
turns out it was a bad download or something. I deleted the install files for vcredist _x86 & _x64 and uninstalled the originals and installed the new ones.
