Missing ezgif-4-280c4f49f797.gif

Hi, I'm getting an error saying "Some files are missing since you last used OBS." and pointing to ezgif-4-280c4f49f797.gif as the missing file.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled OBS thinking it would solve the problem but it didn't.

Where do I get this file or how do I solve this problem? Kinda unproductive when OBS interrupts the flow with this window every time I open OBS.
