Missing .dll file from download in Windows 10?

I've tried downloading OBS from both Firefox and Chrome and when I go to open it (both in 32 and 64bit), I get an error message
that says - "d3dx10_43.dll is missing try reloading OBS to correct". I reloaded three times all with the same result.
Is anybody else experiencing this? AND is there a workaround to get up and running?

All is good!
I tried downloading OBS with Microsoft Edge and it worked perfectly except I was required to download a "redistributable" Version of
C++ which integrated with OBS. Everything is up and running. Now I just have to learn how to use it. any video tutorial suggestions?
