there is several question I want to ask:
1. I have using amd h264/avc encoder (amd advanced media framework) encoder before, but I change it to AMD HW H.265 (hevc) just to try it. but when I tried to change the encoder back it's gone. how to enable the encoder back?
2. I'm using radeon RX 580, can anyone using the same card give me the optimal setting? I have very bad result, the video is stutter and laggy. and when I recording using AMD HW H.264 my gameplay is also stutter and laggy.
please help.
