Missed frames - Also while nothing is running!

Hello!
I got currently the problem, that for some reason my performance on stream isnt really that well like it used to be...
I also tried reinstalling obs but now I even got missed frames while NOT recording/streaming.

My Processor/GPU arent even working, since it all runs in idle...

Browser Hardware acceleration is active.
Graphics driver is up-to-date. Windows (11) as well.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @4.00GHz
Graphicscard: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super
Harddisks: 2x 1 TB SDD und 1x 1 TB M.2 NVMe (OBS running on m.2)
Arbeitsspeicher: 32 GB

make a scene per game
make a background for the game and add the specific game capture per game

then you can use avanced scene switcher to change the game when you start the game
