Missed and Skipped Frames @60fps

Hi all,

First time here so I hope I'm doing this right. I've been streaming at 720p@30fps for a few weeks with little to no missed or skipped frames (1-4 over 5 hours). Lately I've been trying to stream at 720p@60fps and I'm getting well over 2000 missed and skipped frames over the same time. My average time to render frame is usually 0.5-0.8ms but it spikes all the way up to 7ms some times, this is usually when I see some frame lag under stats. Today I ran as admin and I still had the problem. Here is my log.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi sorry, had a busy weekend and couldn't check back. I'm not really sure how it made that log, it was right after my stream but I do see where you got the info and it only shows 12k total frames, I just uploaded last log and reviewed it and this one shows the missed and skipped frames I was talking about. First time doing this so I wasn't sure where to find the right data the first time.

15:05:18.626: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 2475 (0.2%)
15:05:18.626: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 2495/1241322 (0.2%)

Thanks again.

1. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
VoiceMeeter VAIO3 Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO3): 48000 Hz
VoiceMeeter Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO): 48000 Hz
Headset Earphone (Arctis 7 Chat): 48000 Hz
CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable): 44100 Hz
VoiceMeeter Aux Output (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO): 44100 Hz

You can change the OBS Sample Rate by going to Settings, Audio, General.
2. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (Scene: Gameplay). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
3. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning in the streaming/recording settings.
