Mirabox Capture Card audio issues

I've been using a Mirabox capture card (this one specifically: https://www.amazon.com/Mirabox-Pass...0972PRCPW/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 despite being marked as just a different color it is a different card with slightly different functionality than other models) to stream my PS3 to Twitch the past few days. However, I don't know if it is my card specifically or a problem that pertains to the type of card, but often, the game audio comes out crackly, and I have to uncheck and recheck the "use custom audio device" box to get the sound to work properly. The strangest issue however, is that this is only an issue on the output, as in, what is heard on a stream or recording file. When I set OBS to output the capture card audio to both output and monitor, the sound always comes out fine within OBS, but the output has the crackling issue.

Another issue related to this is that, on my PS3, there is a slight signal drop whenever I boot up a game from the menu, and if the audio is working fine beforehand, the crackling issue will start again, forcing me to uncheck and recheck the box. Attached is a video demonstrating the issue, notice the short green flash after I select my game, and pay attention to the audio quality. Is there any possible way I could fix this?
