Question / Help Minus FPS when playing back recording

It captures mouse movement completely fine, but whenever there is something large moving on screen it just stutters and plays one frame every few seconds. Is it a simple setting I need to change? Keep in mind I have a pretty bad processor (AMD A8-5500) and an average GPU (GTX 1050)

Thank you so much for any answers!

On this 1080p60 x264 faster attempt, you were overloading your CPU significantly:

09:13:51.448: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 7485/7579 (98.8%)

General Performance and Encoding Issues

On this one, you're overloading your CPU significantly and your GPU slightly:

09:29:00.454: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 33 (7.3%)
09:29:00.455: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
09:29:00.463: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 215/270 (79.6%)

GPU Overload Issues

You either need a lower resolution, lower framerate, or faster CPU preset. Or use NVENC instead. The default CPU preset is veryfast. You've moved to a slower preset, which increases quality and load, despite having a weak processor. You should be using veryfast or a faster preset (superfast, ultrafast).

For good quality local recordings, you should be using CRF (x264) or CQP (NVENC) rate control and a quality setting between 14 (high quality) and 23 (good quality). 2500 as a bitrate is much too low for 1080p60 or higher footage.
