I was editing the properties of a video capture device (Hauppauge PVR2), and before I closed the properties page, clicked on the red X in the corner of the main window. It popped up a window that told me there were unsaved changes, and offered "Save", "Discard", and "Cancel". I clicked "Cancel", but the program just exited immediately, apparently cleanly, so something is wrong with its logic. This behavior is repeatable. (I assume you don't need a log for this).
