Question / Help Minimal Frame Drops But Why?

Been having a weird issue lately with OBS Studio. In a 4 to 5 hour stream I will drop like 200 frames total. Which at 30fps isn't a whole lot. I will include my log file as well. But today in a short stream of 15 minutes I dropped 200+ frames after dropping bit rate by 100. I don't get it.

Here is some general info though.

i5 2500K @ 4.5
Windows 10 64 bit
Elgato HD60 Pro
Internet: 60 Down / 6 Up

We have absolutely no way to tell you specifically what happened to those particular 200 frames. We can provide possible causes, which were linked in the troubleshooting guide, and are up to you to investigate. Maybe your connection had a hiccup, or your ISP did, or your router, or Twitch, or one of the hops along the way, or your NIC drivers, or there was some brief wireless interference, or any number of other things. How would we be able to determine that? Expecting us to is unreasonable, so please don't be snotty.

I assumed that by looking at my log file you'd be able to at the very least tell me that I have things set up properly in OBS Studio from what you see pertaining to the OBS side of things. If everything in that aspect is okay, then fine I understand you can't help me any further.
