Mini PC for use as stream PC

Hi, thinking about purchasing a mini PC to use as second PC to use obs stream to Twitch. My current gaming PC performance suffers a ton while OBS is recording or streaming. Im AMD and very GPU bound but 1GB internet connection. Have tried multiple setting situations in OBS but my game performance drops too much for my liking in all. I'm thinking about buying this- HP600 G4 mini i5-8500T 16GB DDR4 256GB SSD Intel UHD graphics 630 , and using it as a second PC connected through a capture card to my current gaming PC. It's super cheap, tiny, and I berlieve it meets all of OBS requirements. I would just run OBS a mic and probably Stream Elements on the mini in a traditional game/stream, picture in picture scene with minimal overlays. Thoughts on if the i5 and integrated graphics would be enough would be appreciated. Thank you

There some reviews on-line for that device. Looks decent. I would get as at least 16GB of RAM & make sure the NVMe in there has DRAM, some versions come with a DRAMless drive that may or may not be an issue when writing constantly.

Somebody on Amazon had cooling issues with it. 1 star

Update:
Repaired and upgraded with all the correct parts to where I could use it and found out that it has extremely low amount of ventilation which is causing overheating problems.
