Question / Help Minecraft with OBS = LAGSS ;c

Hello, I have a problem (I suspect) with OBS because he wanted to play with some funny guys from Minecraft in the future to laugh about it. There is a problem that when I turn on OBS + Minecraft I have 1-60 fps, but how do I disable OBS? 600fps.Np in cs go with OBS'Em I have 300fps + .I'm sure that before the system update such problems I had, I hope there will be some people who will help me :)
Composite specification: GTX 1060 6gb Windforce, i5-7500, 8gb ram

I had the same problem, Once I updated my pc to the latest windows 10 i would get 30 fps on a 1060 6gb. I think the problem is the windows game dvr. I would disable that and see if it fixed the problem. Also try to post logs while u are recording with obs.
