Minecraft stuttering while OBS recording

Hi ya'll
I got a new pc and I try to record minecraft but minecraft is stuttering while obs is recording. Minecraft gets around 600-1000 fps but it just lags in game help

And do you need that many FPS? Try running it at your monitor's refresh rate and record again.
