Minecraft recordings look low quality

So this is my first time attempting to record videos and I'm having trouble with my Minecraft recordings looking low quality. I tried following some help videos and reading other help forums but nothing I change seems to make them look any better. If someone could explain in simple terms what might be wrong, or if it's just that my computer isn't properly equipped

It looks rather blurred even in 1080, especially when compared to what I actively see in game. Kinda like it's in older video from 2012, not the clarity you'd expect in something you'd watch today

alright i think i found a solution for this

when i set a rescale output, the footage looked worse for some reason (1920x1080---1280x720 for example)

If you just keep rescaling output to the same as the resolution of the video, it looks fine, like 1920x1080--1920x1080 (in video settings)

however, to combat encoding overload, i set cpu present to ultra-fast
