Question / Help Minecraft + OBS causing my PC issues (Black icons when hovering etc.)

Hello,

I'm looking for some help from someone who knows anything about my issues. So I can play Minecraft just fine no issues at all, but as soon as I press to stream the game runs in 1 fps. Not only that but it also makes my desktop icons black when hovering above them. Starting another game through steam like Pubg will give me a message saying 'too many logins'. No idea why, so I restart my PC and it works fine with every game except for Minecraft. I do the same thing again and boom 1 fps, this only happens while OBS is streaming. I did some research about it but nothing concrete came up as to why or how I can fix this, I have streamed the game before just fine but now it wont work at all. I also did a clean install of Minecraft just to make sure but nope, all parts are new-ish and every driver is up to date. Nothing is broken according to many tests done since yesterday, and I think it comes down to the connection between Minecraft and OBS but why? I really do appreciate any help I can get as I'm completely lost on this case...

Cheers,
Elijah
