Minecraft is laggy on OBS but nothing else is while streaming

While streaming Minecraft, the game on Twitch is lagging noticeable. I have watched video and visited different websites and tweaked and retweaked the setting on OBS and MC multiple time but still can't get it to stream smoothly.

My upload speed is about 6Mbps

The video files I run on OBS while streaming on Twitch run smooth without any lag and no issues with audio either; just laggy video from MC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
