I make minecraft videos on YouTube and I have an issue, when I watch my recordings my game is very blurry when I'm moving quickly (pvp). It gets worse the higher I up the frames. It is definitely watchable on 30fps but when I make it any higher it becomes very bad. What do I need to do to fix this? Also, after testing, it isn't just minecraft that blurs when I am moving, I tried rocket league and fall guys and they have the same issue.

Try frame limiting (FPS limit). It maybe that you are trying to capture too many frames that your computing system can't process in a timely manner. If you are using a Nvidia GPU card, download and use Nvidia Control Panel and set the Max Frame Rate to your desired FPS (see below).
Continue to reduce your Max Frame Rate to a lower number. It is best to try to make this divisible by the FPS you have set in OBS video settings.
