Okay, I was recording 1280x720 60 fps. I don't know how you thought I wasn't. I'm going to update to 0.15.2 now.
Your log indicates that you were recording at 1920x1080, which is why
@H4ndy mentioned it.

Okay, I updated to 0.15.2, I don't want to use game capture because it slows down my computer. Is there any way I could fix the errors?
13:03:30.860: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 104 (8.0%)
13:03:30.860: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 882 (67.8%)
Game Capture should not slow down your computer, and it should actually be more efficient than Window Capture or Display Capture. You need to adjust the settings as
@H4ndy suggested to fix those errors. Your CPU is likely not fast enough to keep up with recording 1080p@60FPS using software x264 as the encoder. You might be able to take advantage of Quick Sync, as
@H4ndy suggested.
Try to adjust your settings, then try to record, and post a new log with a description of any changes in behavior.
