Question / Help Minecraft FPS drops from 60s to teens when I start capturing

Good day all, I'd like to stream Minecraft but every time I capture it in OBS the framerate in the game drops from the 60s to the teens, even before I start streaming or recording.

Here is my log file of a short recording I tried where the issue occured.

Disable Multi-adapter Compatibility in Game Capture. You should also post a log with a recording/streaming session.

Also, just to add more description to my problem when I open minecraft it takes up about 1/6th of my screen. If I leave it like that and open OBS it will stay at 60 FPS when I play it, but if I maximize it after I've opened OBS that's when the framerate drops. This doesn't happen before I open OBS but the framerate will drop on maximize even after I've closed OBS for some weird reason. To get it back to normal after I've started OBS I have to restart minecraft.

All of this happens regardless of whether I'm recording/streaming or not. But I did a recording as you asked anyway.
