Question / Help Minecraft Forge crashes everytime I open OBS STUDIO

Ok so I play Minecraft 1.8.9 and record/stream with ibs studio. I play 2 versions. Regular 1.8.9 and 1.8.9 forge. When I play any of those versions, it doesnt lag at all nor does it crash. But when I open OBS STUDIO and start recording or streaming, Minecraft forge just crashes, but if i play regular minecraft, it doesnt crash. Minecraft forge is a version where you can add mods. Pls help me. I also tried obs classic and it still didn't work.

Most likely some of the mods are installing graphics hooks, which will conflict with game capture.

the was once an issue with nvidia driver causing obs to crash when hooking to minecraft.
cant remember the version.

do you have nvidia card then be sure to update to latest drivers.

No i have an AMD graphics card. Also Obs studio doesnt crash. It is minecraft that crashes.

here is my latest log file. i tried doing it again and it still crashed I hope you can help me. btw minecraft is the one that crashes not obs studio.

Turn off multi-adapter compatibility on the game capture source, see if that helps.

If it is minecraft crashing, I'm not sure there's much we can do about it. You'll need to contact the developers of whatever mods you're using to see if they are using any graphics hooks that are not compatible with OBS.
