Minecraft Black Screen Recording, Help?

For some reason whenever I try to record my MC it doesn't allow me to actually record gameplay though it shows that MC it actually working and recording if you go into the properties shown in the screenshots bellow:

What you have to do is delete the scenes and the sources, then make them again, that usually works.
