Question / Help Migrating from xSplit ...

Hey guys,
I'm currently planning to switch to OBS Studio for streaming my locals tournaments but I've encountered few issues

• Local filter : How can i add a filter to my capture card output only on one scene and not all ?
  
• Text : I've made a small program who store the set data in a text file formated like this :
  <phase> Winner Round 1</phase><p1>PlayerName</p1><p1score>2</p1score> etc...
  I found how to read the text file but not how to filter the text (like getting the text between <p1></p1>) is there any way to do so ?

• Depends on filter. Crop, transform and volume (not Gain) is adjustable. Other - no way, by now. Maybe later.
• Create new program or script that sort text in the file and make it run periodically.

I think, Studio is not designed as substitute for other software.
