Hello!
I've been getting into streaming lately, and i have a problem with microstuttering in specifically overwatch. Every other game works fine, but when i try overwatch it's near unplayable. Even just having OBS open causes it to have problems. I have a Ryzen 5 1600@3.825GHz and a gtx 1060 6gb, so i shouldn't be having any trouble at all, yet here i am.
