Disclaimer: I play at 144hz, avg FPS of 300-400 in game (everything low at 4:3 stretched) and 200-300 while streaming.
PC Spec:
i7 4790k OC 4.5 LQ
GTX 970
16Gb Ram
This ONLY happens when I play/stream CSGO.
The micro-stutter is VERY difficult to describe in words and it is impossible to be captured by a recording as it would be capped at 60fps, while I play at 144+
Also, how come OBS recognises my CPU running at 4Ghz, when it is running at 4.56? TY <3
Edit#1 I am a goof. Internet Speeds: 200 Down, 15 Up
Edit#2 Goofed again. I have 2 monitors. Mon 1 is a Benq 144hz on which I play on. Mon 2 is an old asus that I use for chat. Mon 1 is connected to GPU via DVI. Mon 2 is connect to mobo (so that I can use Integrated GPU) via HDMI.
